Description:

The engineer will be part of a team of engineers who are involved with the design, implementation, customization and network support using several technologies for INTRACOM TELECOM's customers in Greece and abroad.

Required Competencies

Education

• Degree in Computer Science.

Knowledge / skills

• Cisco certification CCVP. (CCVP id must be written clearly on the CV)
• 3 years experience in technical support/implementation of telecommunications systems (commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis) in a Service Provider or Integrator.
• Experience in designing IP networks with CISCO (Routers, Switches, Voice Gateways, Cisco Call Manager & Call Manager Express).
• Knowledge and experience in network technologies, e.g. MPLS-VPN/VoIP.
• Excellent command of English language
• Availability for travel & stay abroad

Desired Competencies

• Cisco Certifications: CCDA, Unified Communications Specialization, Rich Media Communication Specialization, Unified Contact Center Express Specialization, Unity Design Specialization
• Knowledge in routing protocols, e.g. OSPF, ISIS, BGP, IPCC Express.

• Willingness to learn new network technologies.
